Shipping Terms

I. Order Processing
We have warehouses within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the nearest business day.

II. Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, the estimated shipping time is 2 business days. You can track your package's progress in real time on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) using the tracking number on your order details page. Please note that weekends and federal public holidays are not counted as business days, but your order will still be shipped on time on the last business day before the holiday.

III. Shipping Costs

The actual shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

Free shipping is available for orders that reach a certain threshold; specific rules are subject to the product details page or website promotions.

For shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other overseas islands or remote areas, additional remote delivery surcharges may apply. Please carefully check the estimated shipping cost before placing your order.

IV. Compression Packaging Instructions
Memory foam and some blended pillows are shipped using vacuum compression packaging to reduce volume and lower transportation costs. After opening the package, please lay the pillow flat and gently pat it to restore its fluffiness. It will fully spring back to its standard size in approximately 24-48 hours. This is normal and not a product quality issue.

V. Signing Instructions

Pillows are intimate bedding items; please check the outer packaging for damage upon receipt. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, torn, or stained, please open the box and inspect the product itself.

If you find any stains, mold, or leakage of filling on the pillow surface due to transportation issues, please refuse to accept the package and contact customer service immediately. Signing for the package constitutes acceptance of the product's appearance as intact; any subsequent appearance issues will be the buyer's responsibility.

If someone else signs for the package on your behalf, please instruct them to follow the above inspection procedures.

VI. Delivery Method
We default to using our partner carrier's standard delivery service, typically door-to-door delivery (to the delivery address's door, reception desk, or mailroom). Standard delivery does not include in-home moving and old pillow collection services.
